The approximately 15,000 square feet of indoor space will accommodate the following comfortably, but will vary based on type of event, layout and equipment.
Reception: 1,200
Seated: 800
Rental Fees
Sunday – Thursday $2,000
Friday $2,500
Saturday $3,000
Weekly (7 days) $10,000
Outdoor Grand Patio $Market
Pipe and Drape $10 per linear foot
Rental fee is based on 4 hours of event time with 4 hours of support time. Additional access time is available at $500 per hour. Rental Fee includes use of mobile bars (2) and stage.
*Adjusted rates for winter, proms and non-profits
Other Requirements
· SPACE WILL BE LEASED AS IS.
· Lessee responsible for catering and bartending services
· Lessee responsible for obtaining all licenses
· Event Insurance as appropriate
· All decorations, furniture, sound and equipment
· Space not reserved until non-refundable deposit received
· A list of preferred vendors will be included with rental agreement; outside vendors must be approved by Thirteen Ten
